Dowry To Buy Chelsea Clinton’s Hand in Marriage

Apparently, a lovestruck African official offered 40 goats and 20 cows as a dowry to former president Bill Clinton, as a way to woo his daughter, Chelsea. Don’t laugh. It’s meant to be a really generous offer.
