Black and White Wedding Theme: Lollipop Invitation

The black and white wedding theme is gaining popularity. Being Asian, I can’t see my parents or our elders agreeing to that theme as ‘black’ in our culture connotes death or bad luck. With that said, there are a lot of other cultures who are not beset with superstitions who will enjoy the elegance that a black and white theme will bring to a wedding!
Isn’t this lollipop invitation just divine?

Our colors are black and gray…I am not really big on bright colors so I guess that’s why. Those invites are so cool. I love unique stuff.

My sister is trying to figure out how to word her invitations to say that it is a “Black and White” themed wedding so that people will know to wear black and white. Any suggestions?
